For over a decade, I worked with global brands like SiriusXM Radio and VaynerMedia, helping shape their initiatives and marketing strategies.
Even with a successful career, I found myself feeling disconnected and out of balance. It became clear that I needed to make a change.
My curiosity about human potential eventually led me down a new path. While quarantining in my New York City apartment, I went through a transformative awakening that completely shifted my perspective on life. I discovered that true growth and fulfillment come from aligning our mind, body, heart, and spirit—not just in who we are, but in how we live.
Today, I use my experiences to support others in finding balance and overcoming challenges in every aspect of their lives—whether it's at work, at home, or within themselves.
